You can't do a vpn from ISA to Astaro from what I know, actually, that would be really bad if you could. You have to NAT the services in the 20.1 lan through the Astaro. You should not be able to ping a 20.X machine directly through ISA. The Astaro can handle the whole thing however. An extra NIC in the Astaro and the ISA is no longer needed.
